STARFALL COMMUNITY ART SUPPLY PANTRY
Rules & Policies
Help us keep this resource available for everyone.
Take what you can use. Share what you can’t
-
Schedule donations in advance. Do not leave unattended or unscheduled donations. Items left without approval may be discarded.
-
Donate usable materials only. Donations must meet our acceptance guidelines and be clean, safe, and in good condition. No dumping, hazardous materials, unidentified chemicals, leaking containers, loose sharps, or unusable supplies.
-
Donation acceptance is at StarFall’s discretion. Once accepted, donated materials become part of the pantry and may be distributed, recycled, discarded, or removed based on condition, safety, storage, and community need.
-
Take reasonable quantities. Take what you will realistically use and leave materials for others. Bulk removal for resale is not permitted.
-
Keep the pantry clean and organized. Return items to their proper shelves or bins, keep food and drinks away from supplies, and do not open sealed materials unless you intend to take them.
-
Keep floors, walkways, and exits clear. Do not leave boxes, bags, supplies, or personal belongings on the floor.
-
Use the provided step stool to reach higher shelves. Do not climb on chairs, shelving, boxes, or other furniture. If the step stool is unavailable, please ask for assistance.
-
Children must remain with a responsible adult. Adults are responsible for determining whether materials are appropriate for their child’s age and abilities.
-
Use materials responsibly and at your own discretion. Supplies are donated and provided as-is. StarFall Creative Collective does not test or guarantee their age, quality, condition, safety, or performance.
-
Inspect materials before use and follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, ventilation requirements, age recommendations, and safety precautions.
-
Report spills, leaks, damaged materials, or other hazards to StarFall Creative Collective or Summit Artspace staff.
-
Personal belongings are your responsibility. StarFall Creative Collective and Summit Artspace are not responsible for items left in the pantry.
-
Donations are not guaranteed to be tax-deductible. Please do not assume that a contribution qualifies for a charitable tax deduction.

Please respect the space, the supplies, and one another.
Thank you for helping us keep the Community Art Supply Pantry clean, accessible, safe, and sustainable.
